Program Details
Come join us for March break while we go on adventures, take part in team building activities, loose parts play, nature art, sledding, games, learn survival skills and much more! Campers will be taught a range of survival skills such as; -Shelter building -Fire starting -Wild edibles -Signaling -Survival prepartion -Animal Tracking & more! All survival skills will be taught based on age appropriateness and in a fun engaging way for kids to remember for a life time. Campers should make sure to dress for the weather, bring a nut-free lunch with snacks, and an extra pair of clothes! Note: We have a 4 season yurt and a completely indoor location in the event of severe weather that we will either walk or bus to. If it is calling for severe weather we will stay close to this vicinity and explore the trails of Colonal Danforth Park (connected to Morningside Park). Camp runs from 9am-3pm Monday March 10th-Friday March 14th Campers have the choice to select individual days or join for half a week (2/3 days of your choice) or the whole week. Save $50 when you join for the whole week!
Refund Policy
Refunds can be given if they are requested 30 days or more before the session start date by emailing us at nurturethenature.forestschool@gmail.com. If you withdraw before 30 days a refund will be given less a $100 admin fee. We reserve the right to withhold all funds 30 days or less before the program start date as well as during the program. Because space in our programs is limited, you will not be refunded during the session for days your child does not attend. Refunds are not issued for weather-related closures, but we will do our best to accommodate a make-up session. Full refunds will be given if we need to cancel a program due to insufficient registration. Terms & Conditions: Registration is on a first come first served basis and space in our programs is limited so you are encouraged to register early! Nurture the Nature Forest School reserves the right to terminate the contract (with refund for theunused days) if it is deemed not a good fit for the child.
